Jan 18, 13 Sony Xperia Z – A New Flagship Device From Sony!

Sony displayed two new smartphones at CES 2013, the Xperia Z and Xperia ZL!

The models appeared trendy and attractive, coming loaded with new features and technology. The Flagship model ‘Xperia Z’ from Sony is expected to get the Japanese smartphone maker back in business.

Both the models are water and dust resistant and sport a Quad Core S4 Snapdragon Processor that clocks a speed of 1.5Ghz paired with 2GB of RAM. The devices are incorporated with the new Bravia technology for their 5inch 1080p Screen.

Previously, Sony was using the single and dual core processors on its models. With the introduction of Quad Core S4 it is sure to catchup with the spearing trend and market.

The 13 mega pixel camera can record HDR video through the Exmor RS sensors. The Exmor RS sensors have been in development for sometime and makes its first appearance from here. The Android 4.1 version is used instead of the latest 4.2 update.

Apart from this, the device is thin, light and is easy to hold. Sony’s quest in delivering a perfect product that can compete with other lead contenders, seems like a mission accomplished by far.
