Jul 30, 13 Samsung working on 12.2 and 10-inch tablets

The South Korean electronic device maker is reported of allegedly prepping two larger 12.2inch and 10-inch screen size tablets.

The unannounced devices from company sources leaked through the tipster @evleaks.

As per the information leaks – it read, “Samsung SM-P900: 12.2-inch, Exynos 5 octa, 2560×1600, S-pen; P600: 10-inch, Snapdragon 800, also 2560×1600.”

The purported tablets are dubbed as Samsung SM-P900 and P600. The resolution of these devices are said to be of 2560 x 1600 pixels and they are likely to be powered by Exynos Octa 5 and Snapdragon 800 processor rather than Samsung’s own processor and will include a S Pen on its Galaxy Note products.

This doesn’t end here, a technology site called the RB Men claims that the SM-P900 tablet will run Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.

In the meantime, there is news about Apple secretly working on a large screen iPad that is slightly above the Samsung screen size specifications. The iPad is to measure 13inch diagonally.

With all such details surfacing on the web and spreading like wildfire, there is no official word from the manufacturer. Presently, Samsung has models with 6.3-inch, 7-inch, 8-inch and 10.1-inch screen sizes.

The newly claimed devices seems reasonable move for the Korean maker.

Rumors of Samsung devices doesn’t end with this. There are also claims to a new Galaxy Note III roll out that is likely to sport a 5.7-inch display, 3GB of RAM and latest Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS.
