Galaxy models by far have been exceptionally successful for Samsung to set a strong foot hold in the smartphone arena. To join the list lately, will be the new Samsung Galaxy S4 which also will be the new flagship device for the brand.

With the roll out, Samsung foresees to take on the rivals in the market and continue its success story.

The Korean smartphone manufacturer is all geared to release the phone in the USA where it had successfully taken the lead over Apple iPhone in terms of sales.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 comes with new features and is definitely a better upgrade to its predecessor model the Samsung Galaxy S3. On the hardware standpoint it measures  136.6 x 69.8 x 7.9 mm weighing 130g.

Its quite a model that fits perfectly in the hand owing to its smaller size and lighter weight. The display measures 5inch  and is much sharper at 441ppi, it has a resolution power of 1080 x 1920 pixels .

The power button is on the right, volume control button on to the left, head phone jack on top and at the bottom is the microSD slot. Samsung Galaxy S4 retains much of the S3 physical design and thanks to slightly flatter edges and shrunken bezel.

Compared to Apple iOS the latest iteration of Google Android runs excellent too. Google over the years has positioned its Android OS to compete against the rivals without any setbacks. As for the Galaxy S4 it packs Gmail, YouTube, Google Maps and the voice assistant Google Now.

Easy Mode

The feature found on Samsung Galaxy S3 and Note II is incorporated on the new S4 as well. On the new flagship model the icons appear bigger in size preventing the user from hitting the wrong keys. Samsung showcases this as a prominent feature to users who want to set up from lower end models.

Multi Window

Similar to Easy Mode it is an existing feature that allows to run two apps side by side. This means the user can send an email and post tweets on Twitter account at the same time.

Apart from these – back to the device, it gets a solid battery and 13MP camera. In most aspects it is a very good phone load with features, it also guarantees blistering performance. In the market, its prime competitors would be HTC One and Apple iPhone 5.
