Samsung Galaxy Grand is one of the hot selling mid-range smartphone in the Indian market presently. Rival handset manufacturing company LG Electronics has planned to launch G Pro  Lite to take on the Galaxy Grand.

The phone’s Stylus Pen, 5.5 inch phablet screen and stereo speakers are some of the highlighting device features.

LG plans to release the phone first in South America and then in Russia, China, India and various markets in the Middle East and rest of Asia.

LG G Pro Lite sports a a 5.5-inch qHD LCD display. It is powered by 1GHz dual-core processor and has 1GB of RAM.

For storage, it has 8GB of onboard space and a microSD card slot to support expansion of the same.

The primary camera on the device is a 8MP shooter camera and secondary is a 1.3MP.

The phone comes with single and dual-SIM compatibility and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) operating system.

A whopping 3,140 mAh battery powers the device.

The connectivity suite on the phone includes Bluetooth 3.0, USB 2.0, A-GPS, 3G, 4G and Wi-Fi Direct.

Pre loaded apps on the phone are KnockOn, Pause and Resume Recording, QSlide, QuickMemo and QTranslator.

LG G Pro Lite will also compete with Micromax Canvas 4 and Sony Xperia C in the domestic smartphone market.

The pricing has not yet been revealed yet and is expected to come in black and white colors only…
