The Finnish maker has finally unveiled its Nokia Lumia 625 model at an event held in London. The latest handset is a successor to Nokia Lumia 525 and is priced at €220 without taxes.

The phone is expected to hit the shelves anytime sooner before the end of Q3. The mid-range device will sport a LCD display measuring 4.7inch diagonally and have a 800 x 480 pixel with 220ppi (pixel per density).

The highlighting feature of Lumia 625 is the super sensitive touch technology that permits an user to perform actions while wearing gloves.

The handset design is of candy bar make and under the LCD Display is a solid 1.2GHz dual-core processor paired to 512MB RAM powering the actions. Like all other Lumia phones, the 625 also runs on Windows Phone 8 OS.

It has 8GB on-board storage space and also is offered an expansion of up to 64GB via microSD card slot.

The camera on the back of the phone is a 5MP coming along with LED Flash, there is a VGA Unit on the front to support video chat.

The 2G, 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, microUSB 2.0 and Bluetooth 4.0 are the features that support connectivity on the phone. It has 2,000mAh battery for power.

The Nokia Lumia 625 will come in green, yellow, orange, black and white colors. Some of the popular apps to name are Smart Camera, Cinemagraph, Here Maps and Nokia Music.

The launch will cover countries namely India, China, Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
