Nokia has announced three basic models namely Nokia 207, Nokia 208 and Nokia 208 Dual-SIM versions that are ready for roll out in the global market.

The candy-bar designed phones will roll out with 3G enabled facility to lure buyers of all class.

Nokia 207 and 208 have many similarities in them and as for the differences, here is how they fall apart – camera, dual and single SIM flavours, while the Nokia 207 is single SIM without a camera.

The 208 camera performs on voice-guided self-portrait, sequential shot and panorama mode which are outstanding features for a small mobile.

The easy swap technology found on the dual-SIM Nokia 208 allows a user to change SIM card without switching off the device.

The benefit of owning one of these models is that they can act as an USB modem alongside a laptop. Internet connection sharing is something most of the youngsters look for today.

As mentioned above, Nokia 207 will be available as a single SIM option and Nokia 208 will be available in single SIM and Easy Swap Dual SIM variants.

Uniformly, they will come out in red, cyan, yellow, white and black colour variants. There are any look and feel changes to specify, Nokia had maintained same design on both the devices.

Speaking about the launch, Executive vice president for Nokia Mobile Phones – Timo Toikkanen said, “The Nokia 207 and Nokia 208 are designed for people who like a classic phone and traditional keypad but don’t want to miss out on smartphone experiences, like staying connected to social media and accessing the Internet,”

As for the India launch much of the details aren’t available for now. The devices are likely to roll out under a price tag of $68 which roughly works to RS. 4098.36.
