The China based multinational technology firm – Lenovo – has announced a new A10 model convertible laptop. The device is Android powered and notably is a laptop-hybrid.

The device has a magnificent 10.1-inch HD touchscreen with 1366 x 768 pixel resolution specification.

Being convertible device, the screen cannot be detached from the keyboard however can be rotated and set in stand mode. In this mode it can be flipped 300-degrees.

The AccuType keyboard in laptop mode is one of the highlight apart from its form shifting factor. It has dedicated Android keys for home, back, multitasking and settings, among other functionalities.

Under the hood, it has a solid 1.6GHz quad-core processor that powers the device. Lenovo claims that the battery used in the device is capable of supporting up to nine hours of continued video playback.

The Lenovo A10 has 2GB memory and 32GB built-in storage and supports microSD cards for expansion.

The connectivity features in the device include two USB 2.0 ports, Bluetooth 4.0 and one HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) port.

It has stereo speakers and a 0.3MP camera to support video chat and other needs.

The pricing and availability details of A10 Android laptop-cum-tablet have not yet revealed by the Lenovo sources.
