Karbonn is on an upswing, it has launched 4 new phones below the Rs. 8,000 price range which is feasible enough to conquer the bigger market this festive season…

Adorably, the wallet-friendly devices are launching with 2G – 3G enabled. The new entrants are namely A16, A99, A35 and A90.

The chief features of the latest Karbonn phones are as follows;

Karbonn A16:

The smartphone sports a 4-inch WVGA display with 480 × 800 pixel resolution power. Under the hood, it packs a 1.3GHz dual-core processor paired to 512MB of RAM.

In-built storage space is of 4GB which is expandable upto 32GB through the microSD card slot. It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

It comes with Hungama My Play app which offers 1 month unlimited access to Hungama content.

The is dual-SIM compatible and has a 5MP camera. It’s a 3G phone at Rs 6,490 price point.

Karbonn A99:

The smartphone features a  4-inch WVGA display screen. It is powered by 1.3 GHz dual-core processor and runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It comes for Rs 6,590.

It has features such as E-mails, Wi-Fi, GPS Navigation, Hungama My Play, Google App Suite, Karbonn Live, Whatsapp.

Karbonn A90:

The phone has 4-inch IPS Capacitive touchscreen. The phone is dual-SIM functional and has a 1GHz dual-core processor. It comes with a flip cover.

A 5MP camera with LED flash on its back. The operating system is Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

Karbonn A35:

Of all the four models, the A35 is the expensive handset it is priced at Rs 7490. Unlike the other three phones, this phone gets a bigger 5-inch qHD screen.

An 1GHz dual-core processor powers the device coupled with 512MB RAM.It runs on older version of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

It has a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP in the front. The phone has 4GB Storage space and has 4GB on-board storage space. The handset rolls out in Black-Silver and White-Silver colors.

Karbonn’s Executive Director Shashin Devsare said, “Today the mass phone market is one of the most significant growth drivers of the industry, and it is this market that we are targeting with our new smartphone range.”
