It is raining smartphone launches in India, Josh Mobiles – an indigenous maker has launched Fortune HD an all new model in the market, priced at Rs. 11,999.

Lava, Karbonn and Micromax are already doing well in the Indian market and are launching a series of handsets at affordable price with high-end factor to lure buyers, joining the list would be the Josh Fortune HD Android smartphone.

The new  Josh Fortune HD will feature a 5.3-inch screen with a a resolution power of 540×960 pixels.

It has a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor paired to 1GB of RAM. Similar to the leading mobiles in the market, it is fitted with a 8MP rear camera and a 3MP rear camera.

The Android smartphone will run the older 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. It is unclear if the manufacturer is offering an upgrade option to the latest iteration.

The on-board storage is very less – serving with 2GB and is expandable up to 32 GB via the microSD slot.

It packs a decent 2400 mAh battery which according to the manufacturer will provide sufficient power backup.
