Apple is planning to relaunch its 8GB version – the iPhone 4 model in India to bolster sales in the sub-continent region.

Notably, it is one of the successful model and is expected come under a price tag of Rs 23,000 according to a report.

Previously it sold for Rs 26,500 when it was launched but now its roll out at a much lesser price point.

By releasing yester years model, the Cupertino smartphone manufacturer is trying to increase its sales figures and win wide range of audience for itself.

Apple iPhone 4, was released in the year 2010. It comes sporting a 3.5-inch LED back-lit IPS TFT LCD screen with retina display and has a resolution of 960 x 640 pixels.

It runs iOS 4.0 and v7.0.4 is now readily available for the same.

The iPhone 4 uses Apple’s A4 Chipset ARM Cortex A8 for processor and has PowerVR SGX 535 for GPU.

It is backed by 512 MB of RAM.

For storage, it has 8GB on-board space and doesn’t have a microSD card support.

It has a 5.0-megapixel camera with BSI sensor, LED flash, 5 x digital zoom in the rear and a decent 0.3MP VGA camera in the front.

A 1420mAh battery fuels power for the device and connectivity features include Bluetooth v2.1+ EDR, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE.
