After launching a series of models like Liquid E1, Liquid E2, Liquid S1 and Liquid Z2- Acer has now launched an Android 4.2 based smartphone dubbed as Liquid Z3.

The device maker seems to carry a niche for developing smartphones and tablets which are being well received by users of all class. Notably, this handset is the fifth roll out from the maker.

The handset packs 1.7GHz dual-core processors with 512MB RAM. It sports 3.5-inch HVGA display with a resolution of 320×480 pixels. It’s dimensions measure 109x60x10.4mm and weighs only 120 grams.

It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and has 4G internal storage space. Most of all, suiting an average Indian buyers need, the phone has Dual – SIM feature (GSM+GSM) and a 3MP camera to support capture moments.

The device has a 1500 mAh battery to support all robust actions. There are two colour variants Black and White to choose.

Speaking about the latest model VP – Allen Burnes, smartphone division said, “While much of the industry is trending toward larger and more complex devices, we believe there’s also a whole lot of room for thinking small and simple. Liquid Z3 bridges the gap for a new generation of smartphone users, providing they really can have it all without sacrificing the size and simplicity they want.”

For now the Acer phone will hit selective markets namely Belgium, Netherlands, Ukraine, France, Spain, UK, Italy, Germany and Russia from mid-August at a starting price of €99 which roughly works around RS 8,000.
